So, I’ve got a set of steelies for winter tires. Right now they are rusty and nasty, but I’ve got access to a sand blaster and I’m going to clean them up. I could just paint them black, but that’s no fun. Give me some other ideas. This is for my green Town Car.

your car is somewhat similar to British Racing Green, but most of the classics I see in that color have laced wheels. some have alloys.

I like the loltus idea, and since it doesn’t look like you have retaining lugs for baby moons, you may be stuck with that.

Thanks.......I’m not sure this works with every body color, but I like how mine turned out. I run my winter tires on these and swap them out every year with the stock alloy wheels

Paint them a nice Lime Green:

It will make the TC look really classy.

On a more serious note, paint them the same colour as your TC and then get a set of chrome wheel lug nuts and I think that would look pretty good.
