Here’s yet another yellow-hued BMW M3; Dakar Yellow is brighter and less saturated compared to Speed Yellow.

Am I the only one who always thinkg that Dakar yellow is what happens after too many years in the Dakar sun? It always looked like faded yellow to me.

Looks a bit like the banana cream color used on Volvo 850Rs.

Was this an option on the Z3? I believe there is a Z3 in this color at a rather eclectic BHPH lot near me.

A friend of mine had an e46 individual in this color, my favorite of all bmw yellows.

Theres a dakar z3 coupe that runs around my locale, not an m coupe, but a z3 coupe, which Im pretty sure ive seen less of than m coupes. My old e36 was dakar too. Its a good color for a yellow, personally the e92 pulls it off the best.

And Subaru’s Cashmere/Blaze yellow.

It looks even better on the F30 3 Series and F82 M4.

Dam... it looks really stunning on that M4! But I'm not a fan of it on the 328i...
