It disappears when the page is reloaded, but it comes back if I scroll down and then scroll back up

Anyone else having this issue?

I’m seeing the same thing on all “lesser” Kinja sites. Main blogs and their sub-blogs work as normal. (BTW, I see that all the main blogs have reverted back from that new header design they had going on...)
