I had an observation. You got rid of the low-mileage no-problems Corolla, but kept your alleged “not long for this world” A4. Thus, you are secretly about to dump the A4 for a 4Runner or LC, else you would have kept the Corolla for yourself.

Oh sorry. The trade in value on the A4 would have been shit and she wanted to be done with Toyota completely. It was her car and she felt that if it was going to go it needed a new home completely.

I’m surprised to hear that. I’m 6'5" and I was surprised not to be looking at the top of the windshield frame in the new car, where I did in the NC while also having my knee jammed between the console and steering wheel. I may actually have to go test drive one.

Was the seat not adjusted all the way down and back?

It felt like it was adjusted down and back. The steering wheel had a good position to it. I didn’t feel like my knee would bump it.

Odd. Is your height more in the torso? Much of mine comes from the legs, though headroom does still prove to be an issue often enough.

Hey I hate to bug you about goofy Oppo stuff, but I just saw Yama drop the week long ban hammer on Saracen, Manual Douche Elitist . Not sure it was warranted. There was some back and forth and he dropped an f-bomb, did a quick ninja edit, but she still banned him. Honestly I’ve seen this happen quite a bit lately with that individual. I just don’t think it was right...
