‘68 El Camino SS, 396 engine, 44k original miles, 1 owner...at the price tag of $24k OBO. Well...it’s fun to look at. It’s actually it pretty good condition too, the interior had some wear, but that’s all I noticed.

CP ... just too much for undistinguished old iron.

Definitely my thoughts. It's just too much.

$12-15k, I should think.

Can’t say NP or CP on this one. We need to know what kind of 396.
If it’s an L78 then NP. If it’s the L35, then probably CP, but not too far out.

I think it's also a function of where it is. In Alabama you might get 18 grand for it, but Michigan? Damn, I have to buy chains again?

Manuel or not?

Didn't get a chance to check, was in a hurry.

Makes sense. The sign said nothing specific though. Would have to call to find out.

Once I finally settle on a fun car, it’ll be something that I’m ok getting a tad hurt. Nothing this pristine.

Tough crowd. This thing in good shape is probably closer to high teens/low 20's.

That’s high teens, low 20s more than I have.
