Put a new frame under it, and put metal seats in. Sell it is a rat rod. I’ve seen rat rods in worse shape than that sell for 20k for some reason......

that is 3/4 of the way to a bantam convertible........... ford rear? dodge engine?.......... that thing is gonna be fun........... just got to MAKE time to work on it, turn it into a whole bunch of small jobs........

well, if nothing else, keep stacking the parts closer to where they are supposed to go. EVENTUALLY you will end up with a car..........
