I’m going to my half-brothers funeral in Wisconsin today. Just got back from Denny’s for breakfast when I see this ‘66 Mustang on a trailer that wasn’t here earlier......Sweet Holy Baby Raptor Jesus.....(O_o)
Such barn find...
Where’s the floorpan?
How to fit panels?
I salute whoever is restoring this pony.

Barn find? No. This was found outdoors. :)

Looks like it’s bent up at the firewall. Beautiful car, potentially, but more work than I would ever want to undertake.

That car was jumped, if it wasn’t a fastback it would not be worth saving, but with fastback prices where they are it is worth it.

Your half brother’s funeral? Are you ok? Condolences on your loss. :(

Oof. I hope the owner knows what he’s getting into.

Some Mustang owners exceed the originally intended flight envelope.

I'm alright, thanks. This funeral is more difficult than I ever imagined.

I was just reading an article about Dynacorn fastback conversions for coupes. Cheaper to get a conversion and convert your coupe, although then you don’t have a “real” fastback, by VIN. Maybe I should make a fastback Cougar.

Love it. I’d most likely be sleeping in the garage if I towed something in that condition home, for the price I’m sure they paid for it.
