I should be watching it in person, but instead I’m laying in bed in my apartment ~20 mins away from Eldora. Oh well, I’m tired and beer is cheaper from the store.

Yeah, I’m in Greenville, Ohio for the summer which is just to the south. To be fair, I heard of Eldora before and always knew it was in BFE Ohio but there is quite a bit of BFE Ohio so I didn’t realize until I drove through North Star (which Eldora is right outside of) that Eldora was so close.

I feel like I’m really missing out with this and Raphael Orlove driving a McLaren around it. How I didn’t see the McLaren around I don’t know!

But you can bring beer in with you and they only charge $2 for beer there. Can’t get it any cheaper at any other sporting event

I know, I don’t watch enough TV to pay for more. If it was on I’d watch it though for sure.

Me and my father in law and his 2 brothers go to the gateway truck race in STL. That is a blast. Last 2 years was rain delayed.

We are leaning towards getting rid of cable too. 97% of the time our TV is on, it’s on CNN or MSNBC as background noise because I am a news addict.

The only time I seriously watch TV is when F1 is on and the occasional NASCAR race.

I am jealous, I need to go to a live NASCAR race of some sort.

We are thinking that way, the only downside is stuff like this race and F1 that I really want to watch. There isn’t much I care to watch but the stuff I do watch I am really into.

I miss the Indy Car races, but don’t care enough to keep paying that bill every month.
