If this isn’t a shot at alleged “hipsters” who know nothing about cars, then I don’t know what is.

I’m kind of tired of it, though. It’s low-hanging fruit. And frankly where were all the other “enthusiasts” when all of the 240s, Wagoneers, 280Ds, and others sat to rot? I’ll tell you where — they were behind the wheels of their Suburbans, Camries, and Compasses.

My Wife thinks it would be really cool to have a bus. I do too but really only in my head unless it was in pristine condition. And I don’t think we can afford a pristine bus.

We already own a ‘98 XJ, ‘08 GTI and my ‘13 Golf R. Two VW’s is enough but she still talks about the bus since they're everywhere here in Colorado Springs

When the type 2 buse were left to rot... I think I wasn’t born yet. I drove a 505 ever since I have had my licence, so I think I’m doing my part.

It’s not shots at hipsters, it’s rather the misinformation that is spread for the sake of an ad that bothers me. Even though it’s not the point of an ad to provide accurate informations.
