It's horrendous. I saw it when I was out for a run and made a mental note to go back and grab a pic. Instead they moved it just off the main road and I get to see it every morning! I'm curious how much they think it's worth.

Thanks. On second look you’re right it is off of the sidewalk. I thought the black ring was the bottom, but it just attaches to another base. But even it if was at least it isn’t as bad as Dallas! http://www.dallasnews.com/news/local-new…
