I grilled tonight too. One month with a new gas grille and I’ve used it 8 times. Wife loves it that I’ve taken over cooking lunch or dinner so much.

Most summers I grill burgers 1 to 2 times a week. Working 50 hours a week worth of graves has really put a damper on it this summer, I didn’t even get the grill unpacked until last weekend.

pro tip: dice some onion and jalapenos and mix it in with the hamburg. Fart fire for 48 hours.

Right there with you! Stuffed Portabella caps, twice baked potato and a quarter slab of Ribs. Always on Charcoal or sometimes Hickory.
I just garbage picked a perfect condition Weber Smoky Joe too. Who throws out a Weber Grill?
Philistines! That’s who..

People get sick of them a lot, it seems. They decide they don’t have the patience for a smoker, and I guess figure no one else does either.

That sounds good. Although it’s likely that my wife wouldn’t be able to eat anything that was even on the grill at the same time.

Webers also get tossed because Dad thinks it’s time to move up. Regardless of ability.
The classic Weber “kettle” is a perfect machine.
