I have a set of injectors that will handle 20% more fuel so I can slap those bastards in and run E85 which should solve my cooling and knock issues. An intercooler is needed as well, but for now I can put around if I keep my foot out of it and it works beautifully.

do you have a bigger pump for E85 as well? Need more than just injectors to run it. Also it will eat away the factory lines and seals very quickly.
CX racing make a very good cheap intercooler

If the stock pump can’t handle an extra 20% I have a pump from a supercharged buick

You will need a bigger pump. even on 93 octane with a turbo you should put bigger pump and injectors. Your probably running lean if you dont. A Walbro 255 is like $80 and worth it.

I have a narrowband gauge showing me if I’m lean or now (just not by how much). As soon as my boost gauge hits positive that bastard is rich, just as it should be.s tarted leaning out at 10psi though. I only hit that number once, and won’t again u til I have far more protection installed.

one that reads numbers is best. Where is the wideband in the exhaust? Yea its probably leaning out because the pump and injectors cant keep up once you hit 10psi.

I don’t have a wideband.
Obviously. I was never intending to hit 10psi anyways. I need to get a waste gate actuator and make a bracket for it.

Ah a wideband helps a lot with tuning and such. Manual boost controller is good. Yea deff need a waste gate
