I just got the same notification myself. Weird.

I’ve been an author on Oppo for nearly a year now, but I don’t remember if I ever received a “follow” from Oppo to take me out of the grey. Does this change something?

Those are already unfollowed by default. The only difference between followed and unfollowed is that unfollowed accounts show up in the grey
