Great concept with mid level execution. Middling build quality on the extant examples i have seen. Prone to coolant and oil leaks, but when everything works pretty nice ride.

We had one and my Mom loved it, but it was short lived due to being an unreliable mess.

I remember renting a Dodge Intrepid for a trip to MD in ‘96 and being absolutely floored by how much room was in the back seat. Having grown up in the back seat of a Plymouth Volare and a 2nd gen Mazda 626, I was then a fully grown man stretching out and think, “WHAT IS THIS WITCHCRAFT I HAVEN’T HAD ANY LEGROOM IN A BACKSEAT SINCE I TURNED 15!” A year later, I sat in the backseat of a Neon, expecting to chew on my kneecaps, and was similarly surprised. When it came to interior space, the whole Cab-Forward hypetrain was NOT just hype.

Biggest problem i see on them is the coolant petcock bleeder valve spewing everywhere.
