Celebrating having a little more money than expected after paying bills by spending that money on beer. Like last time, I’m only looking for the type of beer, not necessarily a name.

Hint: it isn’t a Dogfish Head

St. Bernardus Abt 12. They have Three Philosophers here in bottles. I have a bottle at home but haven't tried it yet.

Good choice, it’s claimed to be the original Westvleteren. My personal favourite (in autumn/winter) is also a quadrupel, the one from La Trappe.

Yes, once. I don't remember much about it other than that it was good. My favorite stout so far has been a creme brulee milk stout. I had a chocolate stout today after the quad.
