They do sell a coil spring kit that would put it permanently at that level, haha.

Explanations in order of increasing likelihood:
1. The suspension collapsed on the other side only and isn’t visible in this picture
2. The owner replaced the suspension with conventional springs
3. The car is an illusion
4. Hell has frozen over
5. The owner recently had the suspension fixed
6. The suspension is still functioning as Audi intended**
**Audi’s intentions aren’t known. Evidence suggests it’s likely they never intended the car to work properly.
