Hey Oppos,

I used to buy all my vinyl online already cut but my wife got a vinyl cutting machine and I am going to make some decals. My car now had some glossy and matte variants but they were cheap vinyl so they cracked in the AZ sun.

I am going to buy a roll of the good stuff and am wondering....

GLOSS, MATTE or SATIN? They are all 1080 series and all the same price for a roll...

I really want to find this color, I’m hoping its 3M. It is a metallic matte/satin yellow. Anybody familiar with 3m’s color charts?

For stickers, i always recommend gloss as well. Typically i get textured for very specific purposes such as wrapping or masking parts.

I can see that. If i have some extra vinyl i might cut some Jalop and Oppo Logos for the people!
