I have a similar year focus and share the sentiment. I have a 2 inch stack of every service, oil change etc. you might think, this guy keeps good records, when I go to sell it. What you should realize is rather, something expensive breaks on the car frequently. The car has been in the shop 9 different times with a slipping transmission. I will never buy another ford.

There is this theory in marketing that every satisfied customer will share the experience with between 1-3 people, but a disgruntled and unsatisfied customer will share the (negative) experience with between 10-20.
