And I only just now remembered that I parked illegally 6 hours ago. Wish me luck!
Update: All clear! No ticket. It’s move-out time at the university where I work, so I think there’s a general no-ticketing policy by the police. They don’t want to bother because students and parents are just kind of... everywhere. All the rules are kind of out the window.

That’s when you need to own something ridiculously large that can’t be towed. Like a 5 tonne truck, or a Maybach.

Holy crap. I don’t know where you are, but if you were here, your car would be ticketed, impounded and auctioned by now. Those vile bastards.......
ETA: oh yeah, and good luck!

HA! I’ve been joking about that at some events where parking is going to be impossible... I’m like, I’ll just drive the fire truck and park
wherever the hell I please

Well, I work at a university and it’s move-out (finals week). So students and parents are parked everywhere and the general policy is not to ticket anyone this week... but I do think if UPD recognizes a staff car parked somewhere, they might ticket anyway. I guess not because I didn’t get ticketed. Yay!

haha, thanks! It turned out fine... the worst I expected was a ticket. Towing out of the corner I was wedged in would have been... well I don’t want to think about the damage that would have occurred.
