I can only give rear seat passengers whiplash by hitting the brakes, hitting the headrest collapse, and then hitting the gas. A bit more involved, and a smaller payoff.

my durango has this for the third row. they come down with quite a bit of force, as my 12 year old discovered while we were on the test drive...

Haha, my Merc does this... manual up headrests, button on dash drops them with an unceremonious thump... scares the shit out of my daughter every time.
