A rare all-wheel drive 91 Corolla is still a 91 Corolla. I lived in the hills of western Pennsylvania and saw how many of these rusted into oblivion before their 10th birthday. Maybe my perspective is a bit skewed.

All this wagon has going for it, besides breaking bad, is that it is pretty rare. A Subaru wagon for the same $ would probably be better in every way.

The seat, transmission, and (especially) the wheels are unfortunate, but this is otherwise pretty sweet.
