One of my favorite generations of Suburban. Clean lines, that nice subtle bit of hips over the rear wheels. And it’s a whole lotta red. Also very weird seeing 15 year old cars that look like they just rolled out of the factory. This thing is seriously clean.

my guess is it hasn’t seen much weather, rear wheel drive.
Nice shape though!

My mom had a 2003 Z71 package in black. It was niiiiiiice. Frickin’ babied it to the point I drove it to prom and it outshined any limos people used.
Thing was an animal.

There is probably so much weight on the rear axle that it does just fine.

My 2wd ‘06 Sierra crew cab, which is basically a suburban with an open bed, does just fine in the snow. I’m sure this would too.

Theses, particularly in Z71 trim, seem to rust like nobody’s business.

I am completely biased, but I love the look of the GMT-800 Suburbans, and they’re mechanically excellent as well. I’m glad you’re not close to me, I’d be tempted to buy it.

my only problem is if I buy a big ass truck I would only buy one if it was as capable as possible.
and I drive a little FWD Milan through tons of snow, I’m not saying it’s required. (My record was getting through 9 inches or so in my neighborhood before hitting the main road)

I drive one of these for work. Work trim and 2500. It's horrible. Maybe higher trim are more acceptable.

I like this gen Suburban & Yukon KL. Kinda looking to pick up a 2500 for a tow rig. Red is definitely one of the correct colors. Green would also be an accepted answer.

Does it have the 8.1 liter engine?

I'll have to check. Feels like it has an endless gas tank when filling it up but gets empty so fast. Countless problems, from body to drivetrain.
