Had a neighbor with that same car, but hard top. Had an electrical issue. Was always on, even with the car off an parked over night. Never did figure out with we were still neighbors.

Yep. Well, mostly German cars. All 3 Audi that I’ve owned had the rear fog light feature.

Most fellow Muricans dont know what the “other” little foglight lookin’ button do, so they click it on and forget it.

My V50 has it. Never touched it in my life, except to check what it does. Bright red light on the left tail. Not really useful round these parts.

I wish no one has to have people driving with their rear fog lamps on at night blinding you for no reason when it’s a clear day:

It’s only really useful in Europe/Northern Canada where it snows a lot or there is a lot of fog.

Not if they were north of Kansas. Thought it was foggy here today in NE, but nope. Smoke blowing up from Kansas range fires left quite the haze over us here this morning.
