I didn’t know the 2017 MKZ configurator was up! Maybe it’s old news but, hey, better late than never. I know that this isn’t a new gen, but the 2017 is rolling out a new engine and different paint, wheel, and package options.
How would you configure yours? Let’s see ‘em!

I didn’t even know the configurator was live

YEESSSSSS
The interior doesn’t seem to be adjusting for me, but I know more about this than I should and the Driver’s Package interior is awesome.
Biggest complaint is that they take away the above wheels I have on it to get that interior.

It’s not the “final” configurator, but it’s been “live” for the same amount of time as the 2017 Ford Fusion. You just have to go under the future vehicles page to get to there.
It doesn’t update with some options though. Heck, the Fusion one doesn’t even show any of the interior anymore.

That guy. so $42k for 400hp? K.

If you’re only looking at power, why not go for a Ram 1500 with the Hemi? Those are pretty cheap.

You’re not wrong, but I was trying to keep it in the 4-door family sedan group.

To be fair, you only mentioned power.

What isn’t final about it though?

Seems like apples ad oranges, no?

It doesn’t update the images per some of the options and packages you end up picking. Also, it’s still under the “future vehicles” category, not in the current lineup.
Like I said, go look at the future Ford Fusion configurator and you’ll see what I mean. It’s clear the web devs are still working on the build pages before the official dealer launch of the cars.

Luxurious....

Eh, I dont consider any Lincoln without the new wow seats a luxury car.
Just realized wow might not be the actual term, I mean the new Continental seats.

Everything is luxurious compared to a Crossfire.

Ride in one of the new lincolns after riding in a charger and you’ll be impressed.
400hp in a car that ways a whole lot less than that charger + AWD could be a lot of fun man. This is basically my Milan (car size, no longer a shared platform) with 180 more horsepower and going to all wheels.

48k is a little steep but I like it anyway

When my roommates that work at Ford/Lincoln think they’re more than just fancy Fords, I think about changing my opinion.
I have to hear their after work rants.

Your room mates work directly for Ford?
Because I’m at one of their ad agencies and I KNOW they’re more than fancy fords.
I guess exclusive higher output engines and upgraded suspension parts doesn’t mean anything.
Hey Audi- stop using VW platforms and upgrading the engine, suspension, and seats, that doesn’t count as an upgrade these days, better pack it in guys.

Ha and yes. Both are designers, maybe they’re more upset because engineering takes precedence.
But does that mean I can blame you for those damn fight song commercials!?

NOPE
