Fifteen52 Formula on top, Tarmac on bottom.
I keep coming back to the Tarmac. Simple, clean, uncommon on this car.

I like the Tarmacs.

Not concave which has literally been my only requirement previously but...I can’t help but like them.

this had the awkward bolt pattern right?

Easier to clean...

Definitely Formula from these. But VMR was what I was trying to buy before selling mine.

I vote Tarmac.

Im partial to Formulas. Muscle cars dont look half as good with Tarmacs. Thats a tuner/exotic look in my opinion.

The tarmacs look great

The top ones will look the best in real life. The bottom Ferrari style wheels make actually fit the GTO’s bolt pattern. No Beyerns, Aza Z1s, or HRE?

I have always liked the VMRs, but 18 would be the biggest I would go. Not enough sidewall on 19s.
or the Holden Gen-F R8 SV wheels

Oh these are the cast Fifteen52's. $200-300 a wheel. If I could afford HRE I would definitely be considering them as they are probably my favorite wheel company.

You should be different. See if you can find a set of new SS sedan wheels. Bore out the hub hole, and mount them on the GTO. I am tempted to do it to mine.

I like VMR’s too but everyone that has a GTO in Texas has either VMR’s or some variation of them OR a mesh style.
And it will probably end up being 17's in the front, 18's in the rear. Going for a 275 or larger in the rear so 9.5 inch wide or larger.

Or just buy an SS...

Ah, I did not know that. I also enjoy different wheels than everyone else. I hope you find what you’re looking for.

I have a SS, and I am tempted to put the wheels on my GTO. But we know the GTO has a wider hub than all other GM products....

Yeah, part of the reason I like Fifteen52, even on their cast wheels they are offering custom offsets and matching the hub size.
![]() 04/12/2016 at 15:47 |

Oh that’s pretty awesome! See if they can do a custom design for you.

Oh they probably would as long as it was close to an existing design. But at that point I think it would be a forged wheel.
The cast wheels (I guess) are made and then they can machine the hubs and offset to a set number. Their forged wheels are awesome but they’re just like any other forged wheel - labor intensive so almost universally $1000+ each.
