Well the Chassis is a Dallara, which is Italian, for sure the black box is made by McLaren and is from the UK :P

They probably built the machines that built the parts!

They have a machine shop in the US HQ for the cars. Most body work is made in the UK. Chassis and power unit and related are made in Italy.
