Colorado needs to get with the rest of the country and join the spring club.

There is hardly any snow in Minneapolis/Minnetonka. It's coming down, but none is accumulating. Where are you?

I had a video meeting this morning with my boss who lives in Boulder and he was telling us about the snow. He was glad he works from home but sad that he doesn’t get a snow day. He seems to be offline now so he might have lost power.
ETA: He’s back online now so his power must be holding so far.

Apple Valley. It seems like every storm this year was worse over the SE metro. Had some fun sliding about, then minivan happened.

I wish. I put my summer tires on about two weeks ago... guess I am stuck at home until the blizzard stops.

It looks like a flashback to Long Island last year. We were due for a mild winter this year after the previous two. I feel your pain.
I tell people all the time if I NEVER see another snowflake in my entire life, I’ll die a content man. Many do not believe me. I’m quite serious. I hate the stuff.

We’re expecting 10cm here tomorrow... Good luck and stay safe!

Second breakfast is better than second winter....
P.S. I take no credit for this one. Twas a GIS.....

This. I’m in Denver and work from home now as well. I missed the chance to play in the snow (MKIV R32 + snow = drifty fun times)!

Whoooo-hooo! Already 17-18 inches at my place in South Boulder.. And still dumping.. Where are you? Whatcha getting?
![]() 03/23/2016 at 15:42 |

No arguments here. What's worse is yesterday was sunny and almost 60F.
![]() 03/23/2016 at 15:46 |

That's what you get for tempting fate.
![]() 03/23/2016 at 15:49 |

We have got maybe 12 inches total out here all winter. It fucking sucks. Plus there is just enough snow and salt in the roads to prevent me from driving the S600 .

Spring will permanently be here, uh, sometime soon-ish.

Part fate, part Colorado. I could put them on in July and there will be a blizzard within a week.

I’m a couple of hundred miles South of you. It’s dry as a bone, but windy as heck.

southwest denver, near the front range. I’d say similar fall so far. Enough to bottom out the Rav4, it had to plow through like my civic was earlier this morning.

Noooooo enough moisture! We’ve got almost 2 feet now, I can’t miss work tomorrow too!

This is spring in Colorado. Yesterday it was in the high 60s and Monday was 70.

We are lucky the power is still on. It’s flickered a bunch of times.

We’re up to about 20 inches at the moment, at least in the grassy areas. My dog is struggling to cope (corgi mix).

Well, then now I have four.

I’m supposed to fly back tomorrow morning and just hope DIA will be open by then. Oh and don’t forget about the next storm coming through on Saturday...

It’s where Skin-e-max comes from, probably.
Up next, it’s “Emanuelle Goes To Dinosaur Land”...

Yep, I’m not looking forward to that one either.

My parents live south of Alamosa and they got nothing. They actually were up here and took us to dinner yesterday, and were originally going to stay the night. Good thing they didn’t.

You’re really getting dumped on. We were supposed to have rain today but so far haven’t. We are really dry and need the moisture. We’re supposed to get snow Saturday. We’ll see. Take care and be safe.

So the guy I am seeing is from there. He misses it. Want to take me out there. I love the snow, but IDK if I could ever live out there long term.
![]() 03/23/2016 at 18:40 |

Honestly, this kind of snow is rare. The weather here on the front range is great most of the year and not that bad in winter. I love it here and I never want to leave.

Ha, I feel the same way about California

Yeah, that’s a lot of snow. Our forecast has changed a bit, now we’re getting snow, then freezing rain, then rain. Maybe. Or maybe not. Weather forecasting in Montreal is basically this:
Because we’re stuck between the Great Lakes and the Atlantic, any forecast more than 12 hours out is basically garbage.
