In case you’re not familiar or don’t want to Google, Kopi Luwak coffee is made from beans that have been digested by a Civet. Civets look like this:
Something about their digestive tract removes the acidity from the coffee beans, producing an exceptionally smooth taste.
My thoughts? It tastes fine. It’s a good cup of coffee, but nothing “next level” about it. Certainly not good enough for me to become obsessed and start experimenting with other foods and drinks that may taste better after being pooped out by an animal. Maybe that’s for the best...

Not sure, someone gave it to my wife as a gift.

Someone got it from Indonesia and gave it to my wife as a gift, so I don’t think it cost that much. Not worth a giant premium, though.

I just checked google, it’s like $100/bag online. All I know about it is from a youtube video of Matt Farrah in another country, probably Indonesia, where he had a cup. I just remember it being expensive, way more than I though would be reasonable.
