If given though, I would shamelessly hoon it, no doubt.

Darker green and I’ll allow it.

So no buy?

The colour is a bit brash but I still love it. It’s like a bright sibling of the orange 2002 shown on Petrolicious within the last few months.

Not sure you have an accurate idea of what ricey means. This is not it. Large spoiler, big fart can, cut springs, chrome or flat lack wheels etc. this checks none of these boxes.

Bright colors and fender flares a ricer does not make

But, on the side, it is slow, respectively speaking, and it has bolt on fenders with (the main point) THE PAINT!!!
(I’m thinking F&F/early 2000s rice bruh.)

Idk I feel like that pumpkin carver or whatever it was easier to take more seriously, you know?

2002 turbos came with fender flares from factory. While that’s an NA model that’s probably the look they were going for and they look well done

Think it’s actually original color...
Golf green. I'll give you the fender flares but it's got wider tires than stock so they were probably purposeful, to help keep clean and what not.

So many fantastic colors. I wish that was still a thing.

I see nothing but win here. If ever there was a type of car that can pull off lime green, it’s 70's European coupes.

No really though I love 2002s but the colour doesn’t really do those fenders justice. OEM or not.
![]() 03/04/2016 at 00:37 |

Yeah but regardless of OEM or not, tbh I thought it almost felt ricey.

I love 2002s too, especially the color, it’s amazing to me

I think the story behind the Petrolicious 2002 adds to its credibility. Having started with basically nothing makes that end result so much more appealing.
I wonder if there's an interesting story behind this one; not impossible to imagine given how long these cars have been around.

Well ownership is always something that will vary from each individual and no, I don’t fault anyone for liking this thing, but for me, regardless of the car, that paint is a little too much.

Dude, there is literally nothing ricey about that glorious automobile at all. Had someone thrown an SR20 with a fart can exhaust and stanced is, sure. As is, it is glorious and I claim it, its mine now.

I’m exaggerating a little lol, just not a big fan if the paint.
