Why buy a Bertoni when you could have a Bertone for less?

It’s not about less in this case. I'm an irrational fool for turning headlamps ;)

But it has anti sink?

Heh, just got to find the right one ;)
My Xantia was a really early-production model – it lacked anti-sink entirely and had a slightly different front end, with the chevron logo on the bonnet, rather than the grill. From what I understand, those changes came in during the first year of production, so there’s only a handful like mine.

It’s the car from spike lee’s crooklyn!

Damn. That thing must be worth like €50 more than a normal Xantia in todays money.

In those you would have troubled headlamps...

A unique classic for sure.
Great car, though – bought it in immaculate condition for almost nothing, got two years’ enjoyable driving out of it, then sold it (to a Citroën mechanic, no less) without losing any money.
