You’ve just got a blue skybox. What you need is something like what I’ve got going on here:

I used the HDR map as the environment texture on the car paint. I had it turned down a little too much though.

This was how my HDR turned out. (Ignore my much crappier mesh. It was a learning experience and was meant to be as low-poly as possible)
To prove I eventually cleaned it up a bit. (in game)
And looking for these reminded me I did this at some point. It never got beyond this stage.
