I caught this on my dashcam a few weeks ago. This guy was just walking through the parking lot, when a woman plowed into him with her vehicle, which was by far not safe for street use. Somehow, he managed to walk away from the accident with only minor injuries. It could have been much worse, and this just goes to show how dangerous it can be to go shopping.

She should have hit him with one of these.

When I worked at target some woman ran into me with her cart, and then, after running into me said “excuse me! -CUSTOMER!”.
lol wat - my shift was over I was shopping before going home. You can’t just run into somebody because you think they’re getting paid to take anybody’s shit.

My mother once broke my brothers foot doing exactly this. Something like 25 years ago.

Hell yeah it does! You wouldn't think something would hurt that much on the back of the ankle.

You must buy a lot of groceries to merit a shopping cart that big.

There’s no muscle there, so it hits your bone directly. That’s why soccer players wear shin guards.

Teeheehee. HEB is awesome.

As a soccer player when I was younger I can attest to this. Also hurts like hell when my dog runs into my knee/shin with his cinder-block like head.

Yep. I also used to play soccer when I was a kid.

I have one and he’s like the Tasmanian Devil in the kitchen. Even my daughter put away more food than I did last night. Sheesh. I’m not sure I can afford to feed two teenagers!

Wrong side. Shin =/= back of foot.

When we bought a freezer for the garage, the salesman said that it comes with a key so you can lock the door. Why would you lock the door, I asked. So your kids don’t share your popsicles with the entire neighborhood. I hadn’t thought of that, though the neighborhood is welcome to them.

Popsicles are cheap and should be shared. I just wouldn’t want the kids from the neighborhood wandering through my garage (learned that lesson the hard way).

shopping cart to the ankle or trailer hitch to the knee/shin are on my list of most painful incidents that happen frequently

Not sure really but my buddy lives in Austin and says it's a staple in that community. We grew up in CT, he said plainly it's just better in every way than groceries we grew up with?
