So...yeah 2005 Civic Si aka an EP3. Found one not to far from me BUT the guy selling it is avoiding every single question I ask (maintenance history mainly) and I’m probably going to have to pass. Sigh

That shifter is probably one of the coolest things I've ever seen in a small car. I'd buy it just for that.

The seats and steering wheel are bad either.

Are these desirable? I seem to remember that when they were new they were universally panned for being slow, soft and heavy. I know at least one friend who was quite relieved when she was able to trade hers in on a newer generation SI coupe.

I’m in the market for a smaller car (compared to my boat of a TL), something I can pretty much drive into the ground over the next few years, is practical, and doesn’t need to me put 93 octane in it. So...my choices weren’t large considering my budget.

Word. I wasn't sure if there was a Renaissance for these SI hatchbacks going on, and I was out in the dark!

I’ve just released I’ve never seen a non Type R EP3 in real life.

I saw an Ep3 today on the 405 in Gold — not bronze, not aftermarket chrome gold. It was straight up gold. Looked good!

You’re lucky to have gotten the type-R. Honda didn;t want to sell them over here because they were jealous and afraid that it would steal sales from the RSX Type-S
