- 1 “TohruTruck Mk. 3" (1995 F150), +$1000.
Sad day, but the ol’ gal is going to slightly warmer climates (far southern WI).
In the Spring dad’s offered to sell me his ‘86 S10 for $2000. We built it together in 1997 - it’s got a SBC 305 with a Turbo 350 and the stock 4 cyl. rear axle.
TinyTohruTruck Mk2?

Nice! I love the Stock Car style wheels.

This is a sad day. I love the Tohru truck.

That truck is relevant to my interests.

You should get a GMT400 as the TohruTruck Mk.4. Then we can create an Oppo GMT400 Army, and overrule all the Miata owners.

V8-swapped S10 goodness? Always a huge plus in my books.

They're all rusty here. But I agree with your tastes - the GMT 400 was the last good truck GM made.

TohruTruck is love, TohruTruck is life.
The TohruTruck is gone, long live the TohruTruck.

The one I’m picking up tomorrow has a few small bubbles on the bed rocker, but nothing else.

I guess I’ll have to carry the ‘95 F150 torch around here alone, sigh... on the other hand, that S10 is badass!

Damn nice find, dude. Get on that.

Birddog has a 92-96 F150 too.
I've always liked the S10. Dad did too - he sold it then bought it back.

Not bad for $1750, eh?

They’re actually just Stock Car wheels.

You know.. I guess you’re right. Who would make replicas of them?

But the rear end won’t like it.

I’d keep the build that’s in it for now, though I’d look at swapping to EFI.
Right now it has instantaneous throttle response, can smoke the tires without trying, and has been tested up to 130mph. It also only gets about 16mpg.

Yeah look at last year 305 made. You might get more gears in auto trans, and better numbers all around or even just pick the number you want with aftermarket trans. Hot Rod garage has used aftermarket transmissions for various projects. They adapt to a lot of engines.
