I’m enjoying a white Bordeaux. It’s fantastic.

Montrachet is my favorite white bordeaux - it can stand up to a steak. But it’s expensive, so it’s only a few times a year.

Nice, looked that up, looks great.. And expensive. Not too familiar with white Bordeaux’s though; this my first!

It’s meant to be cellar temperature, not chilled like a chablis. Out of the fridge leave it for an hour, then drink it. Montrachet red also exists, although it’s getting more difficult to find.
