Sierra All Terrain X in Stone Blue Metallic. Unf.
It needs OWL tires so bad though. All the off road appearance goodies but black wall tires? Lame.
I usually hate these bed mounted roll bar things, but this one didn’t look bad.
This thing was loaded up with damn near every option I think. The sticker on it was $56k. Not like that’ll stop someone from snagging it up real quick.

I like everything except the bed roll bars. Specifically, the grey plate with the slats that says “Sierra”. Get ride of that on both sides and you can keep the rest of the roll bar.

I wonder if you can unscrew that plate and take it off, it looked like you could. Now I’m gonna have to try when I PDI the truck tomorrow morning.

What’s even better is that it’s made out of manly steel! So I can feel like a true MMMHHAAAANN when doing MHHANLY things like driving over parking barriers and taking up two spots in the Costco parking lot.

Damnit, it’s rusting away.

GMC doesn’t play that stupid steel vs aluminum game in their commercials. Which is probably good considering these new trucks use ALUMINUM hoods and I believe doors.

Oooh, looks nice except the roll bars and air dam.

My ‘06 Sierra has an aluminum hood as well.

I’m curious about how that affects visibility. Could you also get a pic of how that looks from the driver’s seat?

Needs the long bed. But I feel this way about all trucks with the tiny beds.

I like it. GMC has always been my favorite pickup when it comes to exterior design. Good looking trucks,

Here’s the surprising thing, you barely see the damn things in the rear view mirror. That was the first thing I looked for when I saw it had the roll bar. They don’t affect it any noticeable amount.

Wow, really? ’Cuz I see that they reach out to just above the rear wheels, which seems like it would be awful. I guess those slits in the plate might let you catch a glimpse of whether or not there could be a car on the other side, though.
