I’m looking at a 1973 Ford Mustang project on eBay, but I live in Canada and won’t be able to go see it in person, so I’m looking for someone that can check it out and take some detailed pictures of some specific areas.

The car lives in Sellersville, PA along with a cute dag, it has no engine or transmission, and the wheels aren’t included. Leave a comment or PM me if you can offer any help or advice. Thank you!

I see you took my comment on your other post to heart.

Torino body mustang is peak muscle car, I loved my friend’s as briefly as he had it. 351 clevland shook the whole car, Power steering was stupid strong. looks big, feels big, is surprisingly small when you see it on the road.

Complete other side of the state from me, but it looks like you got some sources.

look a the front shock towers, and frame rails/torque boxes for rot. Looks at a glance, to be in better shape than my yellow 73 mach, which is already in Canada

had it a couple of years, been sitting since 1990. It’s in 1990 condition, supposedly has nothing wrong with it, and came with the motor out. Pulled that apart to find It had a 1970 m code 11:1 bottom end, 1971 mustang intake of some kind with late 1973 q-code heads painted the later, lighter blue at the factory(parts counter heads?) all in good shape. I’d like to get that cleveland stuffed in there and have one of the few ratty musclecars out there. I miss ratty, original musclecars. I’m in Regina, and have cut up a whole 73 mach in preparation for the project, still have most of it.

This is indicative of things unsavory, mines has issues, but even the one I cut up wasn’t that rusty. shows a/c on the dash and 351c 2barrel on the vin. Other things to know-fenders, front bump, marker lights, bumper brackets, and some other things are 1973 model year only. I drove through Wyoming and Montana recently, lots of solid tin lying around.

Yeah that’s spooky, I’m hoping spooky enough that it scares away most people. I’ve had (and fixed) worse, with a car that doesn’t have an aftermarket for those parts.

Go with the 351C Engine. It’s a better version of the Chevy 350 that never took off...(For context the guy who designed the 351C also made the 350)
