This actually isn’t as uncommon as you might think. There are folks out there making and selling replacement motors and gearsets to handle higher battery voltages. Beyond that you go gas and weld up a basic frame. I found whole forums devoted to it when I was looking for parts to repair my daughter’s busted Power Wheels a while back. But yes most of the people who do this would fit right in here.
