People say that it does not help to take your anger out on things. They’re wrong, it’s therapy. Of course it sucks when its your phone, but I’ve done it. We just got a new bedroom set, I’m saving my old dresser so that I can destroy it the next time I get super pissed. Ya know, prove to my neighbors that I’m a straight wacko:)

I’ve been there. Next time try to take the aggression out on something less valuable. I keep broken electronics around, so I can smash them when I need to smash something. It really does help sometimes.

I head to the shooting range and put holes through inanimate objects. It’s very cathartic, I believe the term is “shooting therapy”.
