According to the veterinarian she’s not 3 as I’ve originally been told, closer to about 1 and a half. Apparently she’s also had puppies so there’s that.

So, if she’s only a year and a half, and conventional hearsay states that doggos age seven years for one of ours...your doggo is a mother at 11 years old???
Someone call the E! network. We have a new reality show to sell them.

Our lab/pitbull mix was just like that. The shelter said she was around 3. The next day the vet said she was not more than 1.5. She had ask just had puppies before we got her. She is now around 5 or 6.

This is Oppo and we’re adults. They are doggos and puppers. Also it amazes me how dogs kind of melt into the floor.

Dog aging is very tough. It can be a guessing game between 2-5 years. It doesn’t help that rescues/shelters/etc will tweak ages and breeds to help get them adopted. And sometimes it’s just a guess based on teeth mostly.
Breed is what gets tweaked the most.
“Is that a pit bull?”
“We think it’s a lab-terrier mix”
So many people get hooked on breeds instead of what would be a good fit for them and their lifestyle.
Yours is quite cute though. I want to hug her.
