I got home and this package was waiting for me. It’s a belated wedding present from my knife geek brother: a Murray friggin Carter hand made knife. It’s beautiful. I already have a couple super sharp knives like Tojiro and Mcusta, and a couple cheap/good Victorinoxes, but this one is another step or three above my other stuff.
