My thoughts were the same, so much hype, just ended up being a mildly fast feeling family car with a propensity to understeer when confronted with normal Miata driving patterns and corner entry speeds.

Who tunes an STI and doesn’t put an aftermarket rear swaybar in? I could drift my WRX with stock suspension and a 22mm rear bar. Also, if your corner entry speeds are the same in a Miata as they are in a 300+ hp AWD sedan, you were doing it wrong.
