I just saw this on the road!
I had no clue what I was looking at, so I googled Velocity - the sticker on the tube behind the passenger.
Good looking vehicle, and the one from the website is the one I saw on the road!

I think it is like American Atom. I just can’t imagine how people get in there. One must be a gymnast to own this car..
