Not ruined, no mods, not even lowered.
Let me guess, it was an automatic? I saw a S14 by my house that was perfect original conditions. I wanted to contact the owner and offer them something for it. Looked inside, an auto.

It looks like the paint is ruined and the wheels have been painted. It may not be “ruined”, but it certainly isn’t good.
