The ones that I got drug off to, the company was nice enough to provide transportation.

I didn’t bother even paying attention because no one in the South even knows what hockey is, so we get round orange sportsball, or round orange sports ball that’s been outside in the weather for about 3 months, so it’s oblong and brown.

Supposedly there’s white sports ball, but all that does is screw up traffic near my office (Damn the Braves white sports ball team building a white sports ball church four blocks from my office).

Literally lol’d through most of that. This wasn’t a drug-off-to sort of thing. More like a little perk where they legitimately just want us to have as much fun as possible. They provided tickets and parking passes, which is cool. It’s not my thing, but it’s still fun and we got to choose the types of drinks provided (local IPA!, and other things...)

This year, the powers that be want everyone to go to the Delta Flight Museum. I mean, that’s a lot of fun, so long as I don’t have to deal with people from the office.

I’d rather have two tickets to the United Center or the Air Canada Centre for a Blackhawks or Leafs game. At least I’d have a slight clue what was going on.

Fair point! I guess I’m lucky in that regard too, where my job is pretty independent and I don’t actually have to interact with most of my colleagues, so I don’t get sick of most of them easily. Mostly just the ones I oversee!
