It’s not like 911's are lacking in power from the factory and something, something weight distribution.

LS is actually about the same weight or lighter than the flat-6 and it’s extra metal to make it so flatty

It probably lunched the original motor with their common bearing failure. I’m sure a replacement from Porsche is outrageously expensive.

Because LS is cheap and if the stock engine is broke, it can be worth it to just swap.
