Reminds me of my cat Blizzard (now deceased). He was found in a snow storm. Lost the tip of one ear like yours and also his tail due to frostbite. We adopted him after. One noticed the missing tail mostly.

Aww, poor guy. Mine’s ear is tipped because he was feral (mark of trap/neuter/release). He wanted out this morning so I supervised an excursion...this was as far as he got:
