This car got stopped by German police a week ago. The driver didn’t understand why they stopped him, or why this might be considered unsafe.

I mean, come on! He used a rope to ... (words fail me here)... creeper dolly .... roof. Safety first, right?

I kinda wonder how fast he got that car up to. Those cute little caster wheels would probably get obliterated at highway speed...or after an impact with any bump larger than a penny.
