Yep. We decided that he pulled up between the arms that attach the blade to a truck.

What’s strange to me is, there aren’t any arms like that on any plow I’ve ever seen. The attachment point is ONLY at the very bottom, so it goes under the front bumper.
Those two arms don’t make any sense to me. Something is fishy still.....
