I don’t know exact numbers, but have heard that greyhound is the cheapest option. Normal Mail carriers will be super expensive.

I’ve used Greyhound to practically ship half a car and it was ridiculously cheap.

retail UPS ground: two 40lb packages, about $100. (one day)

retail FedEx Ground: two 40lb packages, about $60. (two days estimated)

retail USPS: two 40lb packages, about $120. (two days, Saturday delivery available)

UPS and FedEx would be your best bet. Quote it out on either website since you have the weight already.
